Jupiter businessman facing felony larceny charges after failing to deliver ice machine

Felony larceny charges have been filed against a Jupiter businessman who accepted nearly $65,000 in payments from a Taylor County coastal business more than a year ago and not only failed to deliver the purchased product, but blocked communication with the business owner just weeks after receiving a final $20,000 payment.
