Grand jury indicts Price on ‘lesser’ charge of manslaughter in shooting

During proceedings held Thursday, Sept. 25, a Taylor County grand jury handed down a “lesser included” charge of manslaughter for the Taylor County teen arrested in relation to the Aug. 21 quadruple shooting that claimed the lives of two Perry teens and injured a third.
