    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned intends to sell or dispose of personal property described below to enforce a lien imposed on said property under the Florida Self-Storage Facility Act Statutes (section 83.801-83.809).

    NOTICE OF ENACTMENT OF ORDINANCE BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF TAYLOR COUNTY, FLORIDA
    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ordinance, which title hereinafter appears, will be considered for enactment by the Board of County Commissioners of Taylor County, Florida, at a public hearing on October 21, 2025 at 6:05 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Board of County Commissioners Meeting Room, Administrative Complex located at 201 East Green Street, Perry, Florida. Copies of the amendment and the ordinance adopting the amendment are available for public inspection at the Building and Planning Department, Administrative Complex, located at 201 East Green Street, Perry, Florida, during regular business hours. On the date, time and place first above mentioned, all interested persons may appear and be heard with respect to the amendment and the ordinance adopting the amendment. The title of said ordinance reads, as follows:
    AN ORDINANCE OF TAYLOR COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE TAYLOR COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, RELATING TO AN AMENDMENT TO THE TEXT, FUTURE LAND USE PLAN MAP SERIES AND THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN MAP OF THE TAYLOR COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, PURSUANT TO AN APPLICATION, CPA 25-02, BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, UNDER THE AMENDMENT PROCEDURES ESTABLISHED IN SECTIONS 163.3161 THROUGH 163.3248, FLORIDA STATUTES, AS AMENDED; PROVIDING FOR AMENDING THE TEXT, FUTURE LAND USE PLAN MAP SERIES, AND THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN MAP OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, BASED UPON AN EVALUATION COMPLETED BY THE COUNTY, AND IN RESPONSE TO THE OBJECTIONS, RECOMMENDATIONS AND COMMENTS REPORT ISSUED BY THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE, DATED AUGUST 26, 2025, TO REFLECT CHANGES IN STATE REQUIREMENTS PURSUANT TO SECTION 163.3191, FLORIDA STATUTES, AS AMENDED; PROVIDING SEVERABILITY; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
