FDLE asks for help in ‘74 murder case

Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) agents are once again requesting the public’s help in cracking a 51-year-old “cold case,” as they continue to pursue leads in the 1974 homicide investigation of then-24-year-old James Norris.
