City OKs 24-unit affordable housing development planned for Park Street

Sandcastles Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Melbourne, Florida, has secured the first of several required approvals to construct Sandcastle Preserves — a new 24-unit, single-family, affordable housing development planned off of East Park Street in Perry.
