County approves $409,000 contract for softball field

The Taylor County Commission has awarded a $409,007 contract to Scorpio Construction out of Tallahassee to construct a new softball field at the Taylor County Sports Complex, but the project will not include a number of major amenities, including sidewalks, bleachers and lights.
