NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Taylor County Planning Board will hold a public meeting December 4, 2025, at 5:00 pm, or soon after as possible, at the Taylor County Administrative Complex located at 201 East Green Street, Perry, Florida 32347 to consider petitions for variance petition.
A variance petition V16-2025 by owner Luis Alfonso Bautista Pulido, 21239 Keaton Beach Drive, Perry Florida. He is asking for a 5’ variance on the South side of the property where his pole barn was erected by mistake. The lot is 62’ x 149’ in a Mix use- urban development land use category.
