Jon Jason Culpepper

Jon Jason Culpepper, 55, of Vero Beach passed away on Nov. 12, 2025.

Born on Dec. 10, 1969, in Perry, Jason lived a life marked by deep love for his family.

A graduate of Taylor County High School, he proudly served in the United States Marine Corps from 1988 to 1991.

Faith and music were important parts of Jason’s life. He attended Calvary Chapel in Tallahassee, where he played percussion on the worship team.

He enjoyed working out, cooking and trying new recipes to share with his family.

On game days, he loved to cheer on the Florida State Seminoles.

Jason was known for his magnetic personality and loved making people laugh. His infectious laugh is something his family and friends will always remember with warmth.

Jason is survived by: his children, Christian Culpepper, Jaxon Culpepper and Bryson Allen; his mother, Elouise Gomez; his father and stepmother, David and Marilyn Culpepper; his brother, Shannon Culpepper (Beverly); his niece, Caitlyn Culpepper; his nephew, Cade Culpepper; his stepsister, Laura Gomez; and his stepbrother, Lucho Gomez.

He was predeceased by his beloved partner, Erica Allen, and his stepfather, Luis Gomez.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
