Perry-Taylor County Chamber of Commerce officials and local business members attended a ribbon-cutting ceremony last Thursday at the corner of Jefferson and Green Street (above Cucinellas Pizza) to welcome Nammo Energetics Inc. (NEI) to downtown Perry. Nammo, an international aerospace and defense company, has established an office in downtown Perry to house the project management team for the construction and startup of its new solid rocket motor manufacturing facility that will be located near its existing facility on Puckett Road in Taylor County.
