PACEM, ALS named in $95 million foreclosure complaint filed by lender

Less than a week after ceasing production on Oct. 30 and announcing a “temporary furlough” of an estimated 80 employees due to “a gap in production orders,” Perry-based munitions manufacturers PACEM Defense and ALS, Inc. were named as defendants in a civil mortgage foreclosure complaint.
