County to become party to pipeline suit?

The Taylor County Commission is expected to discuss the possibility of the county becoming a party to the ongoing lawsuit between Four Rivers Land & Timber Company and Georgia-Pacific (GP) over the continued use of the Fenholloway River pipeline after the 2023 closure of the Foley Cellulose Mill.
