City prepares to begin major utility upgrades

The City of Perry is preparing to move into the planning and design phase of a “historic” and “once-in-a-lifetime” grant program awarded by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) that will fund the “single-largest infrastructure investment in our city’s history.”
