TCDA opposes GP permit application

The Taylor County Development Authority (TCDA) has voiced its opposition to Georgia-Pacific’s wastewater permit seeking to move the former Foley Cellulose Mill’s discharge point from the end of the Fenholloway River pipeline back to near the mill site.
