County commission officially opposes GP application to move mill discharge

The Taylor County Commission has voted to formally oppose Georgia-Pacific’s (GP) wastewater permit seeking to move the former Foley Cellulose Mill’s discharge point from the end of the Fenholloway River pipeline back to near the mill site.
