City preparing to oversee $100 million in state grants

The City of Perry will be a very busy place over the next five years, as its consulting engineer and staff are preparing to oversee a unprecedented inflow of more than $100 million in state grants to fund a variety of water and sewer projects representing the “single-largest infrastructure investment in our city’s history.”
