County commission donates three non-functioning ambulances to city

The Taylor County Commission has agreed to donate three non-functioning ambulances to the City of Perry, hopefully satisfying the terms of a grant agreement that will award the city $1.2 million for three new garbage trucks without having to remove three older working trucks from service.
