Four Rivers disputes $351,909 increase to 2025 property tax bill

During a two-hour Taylor County Value Adjustment Board (VAB) hearing held last Thursday, an independent special magistrate heard arguments from Four Rivers Land & Timber Company and Taylor County Property Appraiser Shawna Beach debating the legality of the company’s $351,909 increased ad valorem tax bill for 2025.
