County details issues with GP’s draft permit

The Taylor County Commission has formally requested the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) hold a public meeting on its draft permit that would allow Georgia-Pacific (GP) to move the discharge point of the now-closed Foley Cellulose mill’s treated effluent from the end of the pipeline near the mouth of the Fenholloway River back to its original discharge point near the mill site.
