County to spend up to $140,000 on waterway cleanup

The Taylor County Commission has agreed to use up to $140,000 in bed tax reserves to fund a small-scale marine debris removal project to help restore canals and coastal waterways after three direct hits from hurricanes in 2023 and 2024.
