Bell to fill in as schools seek new threat management coordinator

Taylor County School District Director of Personnel Kiki Bell will fill in and serve as the district’s Threat Management Coordinator, following the resignation of Dawna Haswell, who will continue to serve as the district’s Mental Health Coordinator.
