    Commission approves settlement agreement over Keaton food truck

    Old Mexico Restaurant owner Luis Bautista Pulido (above) began an online promotional campaign for his proposed Poncho’s Cantina & Grill at Keaton Beach in June 2025 with a series of Facebook posts.

    The Taylor County Commission has approved, in principle, a pre-litigation settlement agreement with Old Mexico owner Luis Bautista Pulido concerning his Keaton Beach property and potential future home of Ponchos Cantina & Grill, a full-service food truck.
