Commission approved a 10-year, 75% property tax abatement for The Grove complex in 2017

In addition to seeking a 100% tax reimbursement from the City of Perry over the next five years, the developers of The Grove at Perry apartment complex are expected to receive a 75% break on county property taxes for a 10-year period beginning this year.
