City facing deadline to close on well site

Unless an extension is granted by the property owner, the City of Perry is facing a time crunch as a June 1 deadline nears to finalize the purchase of a 17-acre property near the intersection of Old Dixie Highway and Plantation Road to be the future site of a new city water well and treatment facility.
