City manager, PPD chief: Flock cameras have help solve crimes

City Manager John Hart and Perry Police Department (PPD) Chief Jamie Cruse provided some additional information to consider in support of a trial program that includes 15 automatic license plate reader (LPR) cameras on major highways in and around the City of Perry.
