Madison attorney appointed as circuit judge

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has appointed Madison attorney Cary A. “Bo” Hardee III to serve as judge on the Third Judicial Circuit Court to fill the vacancy created when Leandra G. Johnson announced she was stepping down from the bench in November 2025 following a 20-year career.
