Pursuant to Section 287.055, Florida Statutes (the “Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act” or “CCNA”), Taylor Coastal Water and Sewer District (District), a special dependent district of Taylor County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, seeks responses from consultants that are interested in providing professional engineering services for the planning, design, construction administration, and funding assistance for water and wastewater facilities associated with state grant funding. The District was awarded grant funds from the State of Florida through the Supplemental Appropriation for Hurricanes Helene & Milton and Hawaii (SA-HMW) program, and compliance with the funding terms and conditions will be part of the services provided. Sealed proposals must be received in the District Office prior to the due date and time listed. The District gives notice that it intends to award a contract for professional services for the work specified herein and seeks responses for the acquisition of professional services within the scope of the practice(s) of consulting, engineering, and surveying.
Professional services shall be for projects and tasks associated with the grant funds awarded. Funding assistance and compliance are also anticipated as part of this project.

The Taylor County Planning Board will hold a public meeting June 11, 2026, at 5:00 pm, or soon after as possible, at the Taylor County Administrative Complex located at 201 East Green Street, Perry, Florida 32347 to consider petitions for variance petition and land development.
