Sandcastle Preserve

“Sandcastle Preserve” — a new 23-unit, single-family, affordable housing development planned on 6.54 acres behind Key Chevrolet and Burger King in Perry is now in the site preparation phase. The project, undertaken by Sandcastles Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Melbourne, Fla., will include construction of 23 duplexes (four bedroom, two bathroom) in 12 residential buildings off of East Park Street.
