Commission approves settlement agreement with Ponchos Cantina

The Taylor County Commission has formally approved a pre-litigation settlement agreement with Old Mexico owner Luis Bautista Pulido concerning his Keaton Beach property and potential future home of Ponchos Cantina & Grill, a full-service food truck.
