The Taylor County Public Library and Chamber of Commerce have teamed up to sponsor a 4th of July Scavenger Hunt, which kicked of Tuesday and continues through Friday, July 3. Snap photos and turn in your completed lists at the library to win prizes. Patriotic items on the “hunt” list include: an American flag, a Florida flag, a business decorated in red, white and blue, a veteran, a patriotic window display, a building over 50 years old, a U.S. map, a monument or memorial and a historical marker or plaque.
