Man arrested for DUI after stopping in middle of road to eat hot wings, then refusing sobriety tests

A Taylor County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) sergeant responding to a report of a reckless driver found the suspect parked in the middle of the road, more preoccupied with eating hot wings than with oncoming traffic.
