McKinnon becomes Taylor’s 1st ‘Fatherhood Initiative’ graduate

Local county jail inmate Justin McKinnon recently became the first Taylor County graduate of the “Fatherhood Initiative,” a free, regional program that helps fathers build parenting, relationship and financial skills so they can be more present and effective parents when they are released from custody.
