Commission approves 5-year tax abatement for Roy’s

The Taylor County Commission has granted a five-year, 100% property tax abatement for Roy’s Restaurant, which is in the process of rebuilding after the Steinhatchee landmark was completely destroyed by Hurricane Helene in 2024.
