FDEP files notice of intent to issue GP wastewater permit

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) has published a notice of intent to issue a wastewater permit that would allow Georgia-Pacific (GP) to move the discharge point of the now-closed Foley Cellulose mill’s treated effluent from the end of the pipeline near the mouth of the Fenholloway River back to its original discharge point near the mill site.
