Commission seeks extension to determine whether to challenge FDEP over GP permit

The Taylor County Commission is seeking more time to decide whether to formally challenge a state-issued wastewater permit tied to the former Foley Cellulose mill, voting this week to request a 30-day extension just hours before a key legal deadline.
