The Perry City Council will hold a special meeting next week to consider a series of proposed incentives designed to draw a company, known currently as Project Freedom, to Taylor County, potentially bringing with it as much as $220 million in capital investments.
The meeting will he held Tuesday, April 15, at 4 p.m. in the city council meeting room. According to City Manager Bob Brown, the president of the company is expected to be in attendance and is expected to make a short presentation and take questions from council members.
