Donate to a cause, win big

Volunteers with the Barth Syndrome Foundation are holding a local prize drawing to benefit an upcoming family conference.

Tickets are $2 each, three for $5 or seven for $10 for a chance to win one of seven prizes: three homemade cakes made by C’Mone Gillyard, a key lime pound cake by Linda Brannon, a $20 gift certificate from Jessica Addison to Jessica’s Creations, a $50 gift certificate from Jessica Hunt to Jessica Diane Photography, a $20 gift card to Java Connection and a surprise gift bag, valued at more than $50, from Zeigler’s Florist and Gifts.

Tickets will be sold through Friday, April 18, at 5 p.m. and are available at Java Connection, The Fair Store and from foundation volunteers Jessica Addison and Elizabeth Davis.
