County hires attorney for Foley mill petition

After the state agency rejected the county’s initial petition for an administrative hearing, the Taylor County Commission has hired outside legal assistance to contest the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP’s) decision to issue a wastewater permit for Georgia-Pacific’s (GP) former Foley Cellulose Mill.
