Internal investigation clears Hart of trespass allegation

An internal investigation by the city’s attorney has cleared Perry City Manager John Hart of allegations that he trespassed onto the Jerkins Community Center property and acted as an agent for a private developer when he addressed the Taylor County School Board concerning deed restrictions protecting the “Old Rock Building” at Perry Elementary School.
