Baby contest deadline: Oct. 9

Entries for the 2026 Florida Forest Festival Baby Photo Contest are now being accepted.

The fee is $10 each (cash only), and entries can be turned in at Photos, Frames & Trophies (102 East Main Street).

The entry deadline is Friday, Oct. 9.

The age categories include: 0-6 months; 7-11 months; one year; two years; three years; and four years.

Judges will be judging for: uniqueness of photo, capturing the moment, personality and photogenic.

All entries must be amateur photos (no professional/studio photos), must be enlarged to a 5×7 with a matted border (no frames).

Only one photo per child can be entered.

Photos must be taken after April 1 of this year.

Winners will be announced at the Florida Forest Festival Little King and Queen Pageant, which will be held on Saturday, Oct. 10.

Trophies will be awarded to first, second and third place winners.
