GP, Four Rivers end pipeline lawsuit; county’s permit challenge is on hold

The federal lawsuit between Taylor County’s largest private landowner and Georgia-Pacific (GP) centered over the Fenholloway River pipeline has ended, and the county commission’s separate challenge to a state wastewater permit for the former Foley Cellulose mill could be headed toward a negotiated resolution as well.
