Before they took the stage back in May for a special performance of “Punchlines for Property Lines,” members of Castof Cast & Company rehearsed an original opening number called “Send Me.”

The concept camefrom a YouTube liveperformance from country artist/songwriter SaraBeth Terry – and it strucka chord with their own story.

“At the time, these kids had no idea that SarahBeth Terry would hearabout their performance. They had no idea she would learn about Cast & Company’s mission and recognize the connection as a God thing,” Cast & Company’sTonya Benziger said.

“And they certainly had no idea that just a few months later, she would be coming to Perry and they would have the opportunity to sing ‘Send Me’ with her,” she said.

On Saturday, Oct. 17, the story comes full circle with Cast & Company performers joining Terryfor a live recording of her song “Send Me” and the filming of a music video during a special concert at Taylor County Middle School, beginning at 7:30 p.m.

Doors will open at 6 p.m.
