New easement agreement keeps GP’s pipeline in place, sets rules for its use

The new agreement that allows the Fenholloway River pipeline to remain in the ground is now a matter of public record on file at the Taylor County Courthouse, along with three documents that formally erase older agreements between Georgia-Pacific (GP) and Four Rivers Land & Timber Company.
