Extension office to host aquaculture workshop

The University of Florida Taylor County Extension Office will hold an aquaculture workshop on Friday, April 25, from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Topics will include aquaponics and hydroponics, marine ornamental aquaculture, marine and freshwater baitfish culture, shellfish aquaculture and restoration programs, and aquaculture business planning.

The workshop will be held at Forest Capital Hall (203 Forest Park Drive). The registration fee is $25 per person, lunch included. Make checks payable to the Taylor County Reef Research Team.
