    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 28, 2013 and entered in Case No. 62-2009-CA-000618 of the Circuit Court of the THIRD Judicial Circuit in and for TAYLOR County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC1, is the Plaintiff and  PATRICIA L. WILLIAMS;   are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 108 N. JEFFERSON STREET ON THE FRONT STEPS OF THE TAYLOR COUNTY COURTHOUSE at 11:00AM, on  the 30TH day of  APRIL, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
