    NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, THAT THE LOCAL COORDINATING BOARD
    FOR THE TRANSPORTATION DISADVANTAGED WILL HOLD A PUBLIC
    HEARING THURSDAY, JUNE  12, 2014  AT 2:00  PM  TO  UPDATE THE
    PUBLIC   AND RECEIVE INPUT AS TO THE STATUS OF THE LOCAL
    TRANSPORTATION DISADVANTAGED PROGRAM.
    IF YOU ARE A PERSON WITH A DISABLITY WHO REQUIRES
    ACCOMODATIONS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE MEETING, YOU ARE
    ENTITLED, AT NO COST TO YOU, THE PROVISION OF CERTAIN

    NOTICE IS FURTHER HEREBY GIVEN PURSUANT TO  FLORIDA
    STATUTE 286.0105, THAT ANY PERSON OR PERSONS DECIDING TO
    APPEAL ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT THIS MEETING WILL NEED A
    RECORD OF THE HEARING AND MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A
    VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, WHICH RECORD
    INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL
    IS TO BE BASED.

    will be participating in the Summer Food Service Program during the months of  June, and July.
    Nutritionally balanced meals will be provided to all children regardless of race, color, sex, disability, age or national origin during summer vacation when school breakfasts and lunches are not available.  All children 18 years old and younger, if open site, are eligible for meals at no charge, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service.  The programs are only approved for geographical areas of need where 50 percent or more of the children qualify for free and reduced-price meals during the school year.
    In accordance with Federal law, and US Department of Agriculture policy, this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability.

    Summer feeding sites that are located at schools provide meals to all children in the immediate vicinity in addition to those enrolled in summer school.

    June 9 thru June 30—Monday thru Thursday only
    July 1 thru 17—Not on July 4th
    Breakfast 7:30-8:00    Lunch 11:30-12:00
    Child Development Center
    June 9 thru 30—Monday thru Friday
    July 1 thru 25—Not on July 3rd or 4th
    Breakfast 8:15-8:45     Lunch 11:15-12:00

    NOTICE
    Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 5.07(A) of the City Charter of the City of Perry, Florida, that a PUBLIC HEARING on the City Manager’s Recommended Five-Year Capital Improvements Program for Fiscal Years 2014-2019 will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at 5:30 p. m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Council Room, 224 S. Jefferson Street, Perry, Florida.  The following is a general summary of the Capital Improvements Program:
    Suggested improvements per year as indicated:
    Copies of said Capital Improvements Program may be inspected at the Administration Office of City Hall, 224 S. Jefferson Street, Perry, Florida between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
