NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of County Commissioners of Taylor County, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 19, 2014, at 6:15 P.M., at the Taylor County Board of County Commissioners Administrative Complex, located at 201 E. Green Street, Perry, Florida 32347. Said Public Hearing to receive input from the public, in connection with the Countyís use of proceeds from the excess 1¢ sales tax, in the amount of $2,000,000.00, for the purchase of equipment for Doctorsí Memorial Hospital (DMH), pursuant to County Ordinance No. 99-11.

PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Chapter 373, Florida Statutes, the following application for permit was received on July 18, 2014:
Snyder’s-Lance Snacks FL, LLC has submitted an individual permit application associated with ERP-123-215235-1. The application identified 0.24 acres of impervious surface on a total project area of 0.6 acres. The project is located in Township 4 South, Range 7 East, Section 25, in Taylor County.
Interested persons may comment upon the application or submit a written request for a staff report containing proposed agency action regarding the application by writing to the Suwannee River Water Management District, Attn: Resource Management, 9225 C.R. 49, Live Oak, Florida 32060. Such comments or requests must be received by 5:00 PM within 14 days from the date of publication.
No further public notice will be provided regarding this application. A copy of the staff report must be requested in order to remain advised of further proceedings. Substantially affected persons are entitled to request an administrative hearing, pursuant to Title 28, Florida Administrative Code, regarding the proposed agency action by submitting a written request after reviewing the staff report.
