Hospice seeking patient volunteers

Big Bend Hospice is currently seeking patient volunteers.

“As a Big Bend Hospice volunteer, you can provide support to patients and families in a number of ways. Whether it is sitting with a patient while the caregiver buys groceries, plans final arrangements or simply gets rest, volunteers are an essential part of the hospice team and increase the level of care that our patients receive,” hospice officials said.
