    The administration of the estate of ALICE MARGARITA BLASKE, deceased, whose date of death was October 26, 2012, file number 13-038CP, is pending in the Circuit Court for Taylor County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is Post Office Box 620, Perry, Florida, 32347. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative’s attorney are set forth below.

    Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Taylor County, Florida, will hold a public hearing at the Taylor County Administrative Complex, 201 East Green Street, Perry, Florida 32347, on April 1, 2012, at 5:35 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, to hear an appeal filed by Paul M. Millard Jr., on a decision made by the Taylor County Planning Board concerning allowed use of a nonconforming parcel. This notice shall be advertised and the Notice shall also be sent to all parties involved. At the hearing, any party may appear in person or by agent or attorney.

    CONCERNING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
    TAYLOR COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE
    BY THE PLANNING BOARD OF TAYLOR COUNTY, FLORIDA, SERVING ALSO AS THE LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY OF TAYLOR COUNTY, FLORIDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Sections 163.3161 through 163.3248, Florida Statutes, as amended, and the Taylor County Land Development Code, as amended, hereinafter referred to as the Land Development Code, objections, recommendations and comments concerning the amendment, as described below, will be heard by the Planning Board of Taylor County, Florida, serving also as the Local Planning Agency of Taylor County, Florida, at a public hearing on April 4, 2013 at 5:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the County Commission Meeting Room, Administrative Complex, located at 201 East Green Street, Perry, Florida. The Planning Board is conducting the public hearing in order to make a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners concerning approval or denial of the amendment, as described below:
    LDC 13-01, an application by the Board of County Commissioner to amend the text of the Land Development Code by amending Section 42-889(e), entitled No parking areas, to add language that allows the long term siting of recreational vehicles on public right-of-way under certain conditions and where specifically approved by the County Administrator.
    The public hearing may be continued to one or more future dates.  Any interested party shall be advised that the date, time and place of any continuation of the public hearing shall be announced during the public hearing and that no further notice concerning the matter will be published, unless said continuation exceeds six calendar weeks from the date of the above referenced public hearing.
