NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff’s Final Summary of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Taylor County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash on the at the  Front Steps  Clerk of Courts Office, Taylor County Courthouse, 108 North Jefferson, Street, Perry, Florida 32347, at 11:00 AM (EST), on the 9th day of  April, 2013.
