Book signing slated Thursday at historical society

The Taylor County Historical Society will host a book signing and discussion event with local author Jessie H. Paulk of Salem Thursday, March 19, from 1-5 p.m.

Paulk recently completed the publication of six new books on Taylor County families: Land, Ricketson, Sheffield, Stanaland, Whiddon and Young.

He has completed a total of 15 books on Taylor County history and pioneer families.
